Flower subscriptions were the very first arrangements we ever offered at Barnwood Farms, back in the summer of 2022. We’d design them at the farm, load up the truck, and head out to deliver them all over the area. People loved them — and honestly, they’re what gave us the push to start looking for a storefront.

A flower subscription is still one of our favorite things to offer: you set the pace, pick the style, and we’ll deliver the freshest flowers we can get our hands on, beautifully arranged and ready to brighten the day. It’s thoughtful, easy, and a little unexpected.

How It Works

Step 1: Tell Us What You Want

Pick how often you'd like flowers, how long you want the subscription to run, and what size arrangement fits best. You’ll also choose pickup or delivery and let us know when to start.

Step 2: Add a Little Something Extra (Optional)

Feeling fancy? You can add wine to your subscription — just once or with every delivery. We’ve got some really great options.

Step 3: See Your Summary & Buy Now

You’ll get a full summary of your subscription before you confirm and send to us. We will email you an invoice for online payment. Once paid...We’ll take it from there!

A good bottle of wine turns a flower delivery into something unforgettable. We partner with trusted distributors to offer a rotating selection of reds, whites, and seasonal wines — carefully selected to pair perfectly with fresh flowers. You can choose to include wine with just your first delivery, or every time.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes! Just reach out — we’ll work with you to pause, skip a delivery, or make changes. We’re pretty easy to work with.

When will the flowers be delivered?

We’ll reach out after checkout to confirm the best delivery day based on your start date and frequency. Typically, we deliver subscriptions on a Thursday or Friday, however, we can work with you on the best day.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver to Waupaca, Weyauwega, Iola, Wild Rose, Amherst, and a few surrounding areas. Not sure? Enter the recipient's zip code in the The Subscription Builder and we will let you know.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely. Just use the recipient’s ZIP code and choose when you'd like it to start. We'll take care of the rest (and make you look good).

Do I keep the vases?

Yes, the vases are yours to keep. However, if you are like most people with cupboards full of vases, we would be happy to take the vases back and reuse them.
